I explore a little known Hillfort and Norman fort on the Wiltshire and Somerset border on the Longleat Estate . The Forts both are just in Somerset and there is not a wealth of information relating to these so I put my feet on the ground to explore these and attempt to understand the reasons for our ancestors building them in the area. A walk of discovery encountering some fantastic things on the way and gaining a true historical experience -Please enjoy !
