I explore the Hillfort of legends and mystery in South Cadbury Somerset reputed to be Camelot !
A true walk in history investigating the magnificence of the area looking at the landscape and searching for King Arthur's Well . The history of this Hillfort known as Cadbury Castle goes back 4,000 years from Neolithic through to the Middle ages and beyond.
The mystery of King Arthur and if there is any fact to him ever existing still elude any exploration of the area . The Hillfort with the position within the Somerset landscape would at one time almost certainly have been a island with the Somerset levels being in such close proximity.
