I am pleased to present the first iteration of my new delta design. It's vitamin count is super low. Obviously no rails or linear bearings. Low friction and a Bowden tube will allow for Nema14 motors. The belts will actually be 80lb SpiderWire.
The work envelope is huge. I am not sure how big yet but it can do a 6" cube with no sweat. I am guessing that it could probably do a 8" diameter cylinder that is 8" tall. This is all with stubby 7" arms. If I had a bigger 3D printer, I could make longer arms.
