A new experience of " my body, my Teacher "...
Since some weeks my little voice inside was like telling me that my diet was not appropriate anymore ...I was wondering why as I am used to eat "healthy"...I forgot one criteria : Aging :)
I had an intense and interesting experience some days ago with a strong Histamine reaction to Gelatine , doing some researches I discover about "Histamine ", a total unknown field to me and discovered that the aging process makes more difficult to deal with some kind of food as we produce less of an enzyme necessary to digest food properly .
This made me investigate more about what is Histamine and what food can trigger it and what can be the side effects.I was amazed to discover that some of my "discomforts" where in fact because of some food which are known to trigger Histamine , in fact most of my food is like this :((((
