AVA Resort Cancun is an expansive all-inclusive resort that offers a wide selection of experiences, events, programming, and amenities.
There are 1622 rooms in this newly opened resort in the summer of 2024, and 17 restaurants.
This family resort is a 15-minute drive from the Cancun airport and just before hotel zone.
The bonus - all rooms face the ocean!
There is a saltwater lagoon perfect for kayaks and paddleboards. The entire lobby floor is air conditioned providing a place to relax if you have had too much sun.
I was here only for few hours so I did not have the opportunity to try any food.
All of AVA's suites and villas are inspired by the sunlit white sand and translucent blues of the Mexican Caribbean, with floor-to-ceiling windows, incredible ocean views, spacious private terraces, and a menu of in-room amenities.
There is a varies selection of rooms starting with the smallest room, Oceanfront 463 sq ft all the way up to 4155 sq ft for the 5 bedroom Panoramic Villa that sleeps 12 guests. If you are wanting the family to be all together, book the 2 bedroom Gala Ocean Front Suite, 1367 sq ft.
Susan's Comments: This is the perfect resort for a destination wedding with 100 guests or more. Rooms can sleep 2 guests all the way to 5 bedroom Villas that can accomodate 12 guests
