I took a look at the docket and have reported back my findings. The motion to dismiss both Agnes (the assistant district attorney) and Clark County was approved by the magistrate judge, but awaits the District Court judge’s review. Chille was given approval to serve both Judge Leavitt and Zimmerman by August 7, 2026, as Chille did the correct thing and showed “good cause” and obtained more time. Chille mentioned upfront that he was likely to lose the case at the District Court level. I don’t see Judge Gordon changing the recommendation of dismissal as to Agnes and Clark County. The failure to timely serve will likely lead to the dismissal of the judges unless a time-extension is approved.
