16 years ago today: CSX C40-8W No. 7304 leads eastbound intermodal Q190 (Philadelphia, PA to S. Kearny, NJ) down the Wood Connecting Track at Woodbourne, Pennsylvania on the beautiful morning of May 15, 2010. Much to the surprise of all of us waiting for the train, the lead locomotive was still wearing “Conrail Quality” paint! I vividly remember the shocked expressions my best friend Trainutjob Videos and I exchanged when we saw the blue paint approaching through the trees.
