There’s a TON of new gaming news right now, and some of it is actually crazy…
First, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is reportedly getting a full remake called Black Flag Resynced, and leaks suggest it could launch as early as July 2026. Nothing official yet, but this might be our return to peak pirate Assassin’s Creed sooner than expected.
Meanwhile, a Call of Duty movie is now in development and reportedly aiming for a 2028 release showing just how big gaming adaptations are getting right now.
Over in survival horror, a new Resident Evil Requiem datamine has fans hyped, hinting that the fan-favorite Mercenaries mode could be returning in a big way.
And for Pokémon fans… Pokémon Winds & Waves might’ve just had its release window teased through the anime, possibly pointing toward a 2027 launch timeframe.
