With Bungie hanging up their hat once the story of Noble Team was told, 343 Industries entered the fray and took up the mantel of development responsibility for the Halo franchise.

They swiftly began working on Halo 4 – a new adventure for Master Chief and friends – with Dawn the first level in their first standalone title.
