Well this video will show how annoying do the Windows User account control does (restricting user to install applications :( )

Fun fact : Windows User accounts control exists starting from build 5259. Sounds are implemented starting from build 5456 and it used Windows XP critical stop sound as Windows UAC sounds.However ,it switched to Windows Vista RTM UAC sound in next build .
