Well Google is making jokes to us.Chrome 110 actually runs functionally on Windows 8.1

how to install chrome 110 on Windows 8/8.1 :
1.Download Google Chrome 110 ofline from here:

2. run the installer
3. after you see a new tab is closed immediatley after it launches,meaning that you are succeed.
4. go to a google chrome shortcut and add --no-sandbox at the end of the target
