The Bruch is the boss fight at the end of Chapter 10 'Bats in the Belfry'. You can replay this chapter from the lore section of the pause menu. Obviously it is much easier to attempt this achievement on the easiest difficulty as this will allow you to defeat it much quicker.
When the Bruch retreats up high he will spawn these tall spinning leeches. If they damage you or get too close to the Bruch, he will heal himself. Just keep your distance and use your ranged weapons to kill them as quickly as possible. When the Bruch is in the arena you should be able to use Supercharge ability to do some heavy damage. When the Bruch life is depleted and he hasn’t been healed by any of the leeches, you will unlock this achievement.
