West Virginia! Home of the newest National Park in the United States: New River Gorge National Park in Preserve. Perhaps you're up for a bit of New River Gorge rafting, or climbing, or, for the bravest amongst you, walking the terrifying catwalk beneath the famous New River Gorge bridge. But, that's not all the Mountain State has to offer. In addition to the famous New River Gorge, West Virginia also has two additional Appalachian river parks, as well as Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, protecting the location of John Brown's famous raid. We're covering all of those, and more, in this latest episode in my endeavor to talk about every single National Park Site in America. Enjoy!
