EVERSLAUGHT Invasion brings Mobex's PCVR action franchise to Meta Quest 2 as a Doom-paced wave brawler with three classes and a Run-and-Gun rhythm. The grappling hook, ranged weapons and shield parry give it promise, but weightless melee - swings where velocity barely affects damage - breaks the core fantasy. Pair that with dodgy collision, bad collision detection and repetitive objective sections and Pete lands on a 5.5. Weightless.
