Ever since trekking to Everest Base Camp, we have been obsessed with the concept of "Everesting". Essentially, Everesting requires that you ascend or descend 30,000Ft, roughly the height of Everest, in a single day. While waiting for optimal conditions out in the backcountry, skiing at Mammoth Mountain has been incredibly fun spring skiing lately, so we had a brilliant idea to see if two beginner skiiers could manage to ski 30,000FT of vertical in a single day. Will we do it?
