Some isolated thunderstorms will remain possible Wednesday afternoon along the eastern border, but outside of that, the weather will be quiet. Wednesday through Friday will be mostly to partly sunny with windy conditions and below normal temperatures in the low to mid 80s. As we head into the holiday weekend, we're watching Tropical Storm Marie that is positioned west of Mexico. It appears that remnant moisture from this system will get caught up in the upper flow, which would bring an influx of moisture to the Great Basin. This could lead to another elevated flash flooding threat across the state if storms can develop, especially over vulnerable areas. The best chances for this look to be on Sunday and potential Monday. We'll be keeping a close on this potential!
