One of the biggest goals with the new Holmes Hobbies 050 motor was simple: make it work with almost any ESC.

After redesigning the magnetics and improving the motor, I've been testing controller after controller... and the results have been surprisingly good. Even inexpensive Amazon ESCs are running this motor extremely well.

The only catch? You'll want a modern radio/receiver setup to get the best low-speed control.
