Just playing around more with my new supply of ice cream. Might open a shop in Hateno. Here are the steps originally included on the other video (do this on an autosave so you don't mess up your primary save):
1. Have 59 meals and few other things in your inventory.
2. Generate enough offset using IST to have negative mCount.
3. Cook two elixirs into your 2nd inventory.
4. Collect items to go back into positive mCount and autosave.
5. Glitch more slots so that they exceed the number of items on the autosave from step 4.
6. Dump everything from your current file but 1 meal, then load the save from step 4.
7. Scroll over to your second inventory and enjoy the cool refreshment.
If you want to keep this, you'd have to get enough additional items to get back into positive mCount again, then trigger an autosave with fewer than 60 meals in your inventory. Then close and reload and you have your very own super weird item.
