We captured amazing content flying the Super Patriot mk II at Byrd's Adventure Center in Arkansas!
This was Evelyn's first time experiencing STOL flying!
(I didn't go full out with her onboard, but there will be a solid episode with the working title:
"Going to the STOL Gym"
I've got former Thunderbird F16 pilot Trevor "Dozen" Aldridge chasing me in the Super Patriot mk I to work on the approach profiles of various short back country strips while I was solo in mk II.
Huge thanks to Patriot Aircraft for hosting us - We stayed at a cabin that I was able to taxi the plane right up to!

The Super Patriot features an EarthX lithium Battery (which I also run in the RV-14)
Evy and I are both wearing Bose Aviation A30 headsets.

The mk II airplane is equipped with a full Garmin Aviation panel and autopilot, and I had my portable GDL-52 with me for SiriusXM Aviation data, so again, it felt very familiar to the RV-14!
