I sat down with Keisha inside her Ford Mach-E to hear the real ownership story. She was a Ford girl from the start, coming out of a 2012 Ford Fusion Sport, pure gas, no hybrid. When an accident totaled her car during the pandemic and gas prices started climbing again, she figured she might as well go electric. Tesla was never in the running for her.
What she loves most is the interior. Not extravagant, just plush, comfortable, and easy to keep clean. Her one gripe is range. She's running a 68 kWh battery for around 200 miles, and going from 18-inch to 20-inch wheels took a chunk of that range with it.
