EUS-FNB of gastric GIST is usually made with expensive high quality needles
such as the Boston Acquire 22G, Cook FNB needles. Here I present first
impressions from the use of a 50$ generic 22G needle (Changzhou Detian Medical LTD). After 2 passes ROSE was diagnostic and the material was sufficient even for immunochemistry!
