In this video I install and test the eufy S4 Solar Security Camera on our fixer upper renovation project to see if a solar powered camera can really provide reliable home security.
Because this house was not pre-wired for cameras, I wanted to try a wireless solar security camera system that could be installed quickly without running wires through the house.
The eufy S4 solar camera is a 2-in-1 bullet and PTZ triple-lens camera that captures 4K video while also tracking motion with AI auto zoom. With the built-in 5.5W solar panel, just one hour of direct sunlight per day is designed to keep the camera powered continuously.
In this video I walk through:
• Installing the eufy S4 Solar Camera
• Testing the solar powered charging system
• Reviewing the AI tracking and PTZ features
• Looking at the starlight color night vision
• Looking at radar and PIR motion detection
• Reviewing the local storage options
