Did hell freeze over? I pulled out my Thoth deck to compare with the Etteilla. (That's how inspired I am by Marco Benedetti's publication)
Tomorrow I'll be comparing the pip meanings from these two decks.
The Thoth deck I'm using was distributed by US Games Systems Inc and printed in Belgium. The art was created by Lady Frieda Harris under the direction of Aleister Crowley.
Although I've read books on the Crowley deck, I can't say that I remember any of it. My commentary is strictly based on my visual observations. One thing is evident, despite whatever one thinks of Crowley, Lady Frieda Harris' artwork is beautiful.
