Our live cover of "Eterna Forest" from Pokemon Diamond & Pearl, originally composed by Hitomi Sato. This arrangement by Patrick Bartley.

Now, this cover comes as one of our fan-inspired selections, as half of the streams I (Pat) have done since May have included this in the requests. Factoring in that, plus the poll we ran on Facebook last month, Eterna Forest was a clear winner to be included in our lineup. I personally have only played a minimal amount of the 4th gen, and it's unfortunate because tons of people have been exposing this amazing soundtrack to me, leaving me wishing I got to experience it in its glory days! It's never too late, I suppose, and this song grabbed my attention and heart for a variety of reasons - first because of it's deceptive intro melody line and accompaniment, and second because of its beautiful B section and harmony throughout, to name a few of the reasons. This ended up actually being the most difficult for us to play, but the guys pushed through my arrangement with passion and created art beyond what I thought could happen. There is a lot of love for this song out on the internet, and we hope this contribution to the lexicon bodes well with you all!
