Essential Cleaner Removal Guide:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to download.bleepingcomputer.com/grinler/iExplore.exe to download Rkill
3. Save iExplore.exe
4. Run iExplore.exe. Your desktop will reload
5. Close the log, and reopen Internet Explorer
6. Go to malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php to download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
7. Install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Leave Update and Launch checked
8. Run a Full Scan
9. Click "Remove Selected"
10. Reboot

Abridged Combofix Guide

1. Reboot into Safe Mode with Networking: computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm
2. Download Combofix: bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/combofix
3. Run Combofix. Accept the disclaimer, and the recovery console is optional, but not necessary for removal
4. Follow any extra on-screen instructions
5. Close the log and reboot
