Interestingly enough, almost four years to the day I tested a rogue also called Antimalware. This one is just about as aggressive as the older rogues, as it blocks program execution, forces IE into using a local proxy server, and even attempts to open web pages, similar to Navashield.
Removal can be a bit tricky, as you have to quickly uncheck "using a proxy" and navigate to a site.
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Under Internet Options-Connections, uncheck "Use a proxy server"
3. As quickly as possible, navigate to bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/dl/10 to download Rkill
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until Rkill.exe is saved to your computer
5. Run Rkill
6. Open Internet Explorer and navigate to malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php to download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
7. Install
8. Run a quick scan
9. Reboot
