In this video tutorial I show you how to get started with the Pixel Purse in order for it to work with a custom microcontroller or SoC. I've chosen the ESP32 in the WeMos form factor as there's a great shield available to connect the matrix very easily courtesy of Brian Lough (@Brian Lough). We go over the disassembly of the purse, the assembly of the ESP32 Matrix Shield (Mini 32), the connection of the shield, ESP32, and matrix, and lastly, some Arduino examples that can be run (almost) right out of the box.

![[LiveStream #003] Stream Test + Chat
Second day of testing out a new streaming rig. Happy to chat and answer questions!
P.S. Third time streaming so still a little rough. Learning the process to make the next one much smoother! Thanks for the patience.
