Endoscopic resection of a flat lesion of the mid-esophagus in an 50 year-old-patient with history of alcohol abuse and smoking.
ESD resection was performed by creation of a central tunnel and then by cutting the lateral margins. Histology showed R0 resection with High grade dysplasia.
