Last minute shopping for Thanksgiving? Look no further than Chef Susan Yurush's homemade gravy recipe, straight from the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder.

Made from pantry staples and affordable ingredients, Chef Susan says that any time you can make your life simpler in the kitchen, do so.

"When someone comes into your kitchen this Thanksgiving and asks if they can help, say yes," Chef Susan said. "Cook like a chef, eat like family."

The full recipe can be found at rmpbs.org.
