Great technical war this, with the very quick Shibata beating Marcel to the punch at times, especially with his jab and left hook. But as the bout winds on, it's all Marcel, who drubs Shibata only to seemingly be robbed at the end, only earning a draw and having to wait until he got a shot at Antonio Gomez before be able to call himself 'World Champion'.
