update update! issue has been resolved.
UPDATE: it does work with the Windows accessibility on screen keyboard as opposed to the tablet on screen keyboard.
this video has HEAVY flickering / flashing lights. avoid if photosensitive.
it sounds like I'm joking when I say "I don't have a mouse and I don't have a keyboard, so why doesn't it work?!" I do have a virtual keyboard which... didn't work.
I also tested it with my Huion tablet using button mapping to use the correct shortcut keys. still didn't work.
