so, as far as I know, no. not by itself. with labs, the labels don't really use regions in the way that this does. There's no gaps allowed. these regions have gaps between them. You can use this as a base for when you want to work on your labels but you have no computer.

why not spectrogram??
wavesurfer renders the spectrogram as a png. you can't really do anything with it. I don't know programming so when ChatGPT had no idea what to do, I gave up hope on that.

I'm running it locally because I have no idea if neocities would correctly run this. I've gotten into the habit of never going through the effort of actually sharing a link because it's generally not stuff people want 😜
