This video is intended for patients who have been assessed and diagnosed with a right-sided posterior canal canalithiasis, which is a specific type of BPPV.
The wrong manouevre or an improperly applied manoeuvre can result in worsening of your symptoms.

Sit at the side of your bed and place a pillow near the top of the bed so that when you lie down your head falls above the top of the pillow.
Swing your legs onto the bed and face forward
Turn your head 45 degrees to the right.
Keeping your head turned, lie down quickly, ensuring that your head falls above the top of the pillow.
Without lifting your head, turn it half-way towards your left shoulder.
Bend your right knee and without lifting your head, quickly roll to your left side, tucking your chin in.
Keep your head turned to the left and sit up at the side of your bed.
Turn your head straight and the manoeuvre is complete.
It’s normal to feel vertigo while performing this treatment.
