Repair: Replace AC coupling capacitors on video output (Composite & S-Video Luma) lines.

The beginners guide to replacing a Sega Saturn laser pickup. This was my first attempt to replace a dead laser from a Sega Saturn- a V-Saturn specifically. As it turns out, it is a very easy task. I try to point out everything significant to the repair.
