There are reports out there that retrobrighted items turn back yellowed. Unfortunately, it's true, it's just gonna reyellow in the exact same spots.

Another Saturn eBay Rescue! This one ended up having a blown varistor and fuse on the power board. Full run-through on the troubleshooting process, detailed parts #s and descriptions, as well as a comparo of various 64 pin Saturns.
Big shout out to Luke Morse who did a varistor repair a while back and provided me the answer to what the blown component was.
