Here we have a fun Ogryn Skullbreaker build I have dubbed the Demolitions Expert. It is based around heavy use of the Rumbler using the Shovel as our sidearm. The Blitz ability had to be the Frag Bomb.
When using the Rumbler, just don't think. Launch as many grenades into the Heretics as you possibly can! If you have a Veteran on the team, you don't need to worry at all about Ammo economy as long as you stick in Coherency with them. Make sure you spam Monstrosities with them, as they will stick to the target and enable you to stun-lock them for easy take downs.
Our frontline power is boasted by nodes mainly down the left side of the tree. With Furious, Batter & Heavy Hitter increasing our melee damage, whilst securing the safety of consistent toughness regen through The Best Defence & Smash 'Em along side a potential 75% damage resistance given by Implacable and Delight in Destruction.
The role of the Shovel is to give you something consistent against every enemy type once you have had enough of shoving grenades into the hearts of the enemies or worse, you have run out of ammunition. With this Build the Shovel makes short work of Hordes through the us of the Light Attack 1 / Heavy Attack 2 combination. For heavy targets such as Ogryn, Mutants, Maulers and Ragers, you will need to use the Heavy Attack 1 / Special Attack combination. This Strike can kill almost every Elite or Specialist in one or two hits, for example Crushers and Mutants can be felled with two heavy attack 1 strikes to the weakspot. You may wish to consider taking Crunch over Smash 'Em if you wish to boost the heavy attack damage even further by 40%.
