Today we're flying in two simulators as we jump between X-Plane 12 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 for two very different general aviation adventures.
First up, we head to Florida in X-Plane 12 and take the Aerobask Epic E1000 from Miami-Opa Locka across the state to St. Pete-Clearwater. We'll also explore the visual side of X-Plane with X-World Pro alongside the Map Enhancement mod and see just how good X-Plane can look with the latest scenery enhancements.
Then it's over to MSFS 2024 and one of the most highly regarded GA aircraft in flight simulation — the A2A Comanche. Departing Birr Airfield in County Offaly, we'll head west across Ireland before turning north toward Sligo for a completely different style of flying.
Better still, both flights will use SayIntentions.ai Groupie, allowing the community to fly together across simulators. Whether you're using X-Plane or MSFS, we can share the same virtual skies.

About the Flights – Two Sims, Two Aircraft
Today's session gives us the perfect opportunity to experience two of the biggest desktop flight simulators back-to-back:
KOPF (Miami-Opa Locka Executive) – Our starting point in Florida for the X-Plane 12 portion of today's adventure.
Aerobask Epic E1000 – A high-performance single-engine turboprop combining serious speed with modern avionics and long-distance capability.
X-World Pro & Map Enhancement – We'll see how these scenery enhancements transform the world of X-Plane 12 as we cross Florida.
EIBR (Birr Airfield) – A small Irish airfield in County Offaly and the starting point for our MSFS 2024 adventure.
A2A Comanche 250 – One of flight simulation's most detailed GA aircraft, where aircraft ownership, engine management, wear, and how you treat the aeroplane all matter.
EISG (Sligo Airport) – Our final destination on Ireland's northwest coast after a scenic journey across the country.
