Tonight we head to California to explore one of the highlights of Microsoft Flight Simulator World Update 22 — the spectacular landscapes of Yosemite National Park.
Our adventure begins aboard the Cessna 208 Grand Caravan, departing Half Moon Bay and heading inland to Mariposa, the perfect gateway to Yosemite. From there we'll switch aircraft and continue the journey in the agile HH-65 helicopter, allowing us to get up close to towering granite cliffs, deep valleys, waterfalls, alpine lakes, and some of the most famous natural landmarks in North America.
This is a relaxed sightseeing adventure showcasing the incredible scenery enhancements introduced in World Update 22.

Half Moon Bay (KHAF) – A beautiful coastal departure overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Mariposa (KMPI) – The gateway to Yosemite and our transition point into the helicopter.
HH-65 Helicopter – Perfect for exploring valleys, mountains, and landmarks from low level.
Lee Vining (O24) – A spectacular destination on the eastern side of the Sierra Nevada near Mono Lake.
World Update 22 – Bringing enhanced terrain, landmarks, and photogrammetry to some of California's most iconic locations.
From the rugged Pacific coastline to the towering peaks of the Sierra Nevada, tonight's flight is all about discovering Yosemite from both fixed-wing and rotary-wing perspectives.
