Jamboree attracts some of the fastest cars in Australia. Billet V8's, Crazy HP 2JZ's, Barras, RB's & INSANE Rotaries are some of the combinations you'll see within pit lane. But it hasn't always been like that.
Jamboree was started in 1991 by a VW club to fill a void in the small car scene, The event slowly transformed into a 4 cylinder, rotary and sports compact drag racing event but as the years went on the cars became quicker and larger 6 cylinder and v8 combinations combos started racing.
Jamboree is now one of the largest drag racing events in Australia that hosts some of the best built cars from interstate to showcase Sports compact racing at its best.
