In this tutorial I will show you how to break down concept art to make it easier for you to make assets and build a scene in any game engine. The techniques covered are simple and require photoshop and carapace. Carapace is a free art tool made by Epic's senior environment artist, Warren Marshall. Photoshop has a free alternative called Gimp that is an awesome alternative to photoshop.

You can find Carapace here: epicgames.com/community/2012/11/free-art-tool-released-thanks-to-epic-friday
