Hey folks,

Well what do you know, another vlog!

Hopefully this video makes you chuckle at times and give you some food for thought.

I often try to use our little platform to try and subtly reframe the frequency of 2020.
The truth is, I sometimes create as much for other people as I do myself, I need to be reminded of how incredible this would is. It's far too easy to forget with all the dystopian news reports and fear.
I'm as saddened by this world as I am in awe of it but for me whats important is balance and always reminding myself how lucky we are to be here, to amble around on this rock in this peculiar life for a few short years.

I think all this cold water swimming is turning me into a basic bitch.
