The Little Rock location of Bryant Mediterranean restaurant Enjoy Shawarma opened Monday in Little Rock.

Shawarma, like gyros, is meat grilled on a vertical rotisserie, but the Middle Eastern variety is spiced differently. It's one of three new shawarma-centered restaurants to open in western Little Rock this year.
