I didn't think I would get back to this song. But I fell in love with the jazzwaltz version and said why not for old time's sake.
I rewrote the English translyrics and sat down to record and well, this happened!

Their strength was tenfold than that of her own.
The army was weaker by far that was sure.

One by one the guards fell to peasants' hands.
Brick by brick the walls fell and so did the defense.
All the castle servants took their chance and fled.
Ah, the queen was captured that night!

"Oh how disgraceful!"

Crimson covering petals' grace.
Ah, the tyranny was on its last legs,
The countryman had taken their place.

Located in a town square for all to see.
In a small jail cell was sitting royalty.
The ice cold princess grew to be lonely.

Then the bell tolled the final sentence.
Everything was quiet as the event took place.

The country flourished, became good and then
