I've updated my End Relay implementation, based on comments on my previous video!

In addition to some efficiency/stability changes, I've updated the crafting recipe, improved some of the textures, and added the ability to recharge Relays with anchors! Additionally, like other blocks with "inventory," sneak clicking allows placing blocks on the End Relay.
