In this video, I discuss how Black women can find peace, healing, and faith in a world that often tests our humanity. Through recent events like the mockery of Black identity and the painful realities of racialized trauma, I explore the emotional and spiritual toll of living under constant scrutiny.
This conversation shines a light on the truth behind stereotypes, the stigma around need, and the strength it takes for Black women to navigate injustice while protecting their peace. I share personal experiences, national examples, and reflections on how faith and compassion can guide us toward wholeness.
Together, we’ll confront the exhaustion of being unseen and reclaim the dignity of being fully human. This is a call to care, to rest, and to honor the sacredness of our wellness renaissance because Black women deserve peace, truth, and renewal.
