Chief electrical inspector, Valerie Gleason and dangerous premises officer, Khrystal Towne are part of the City's Development Services Department's Code enforcement team. Together they make sure our buildings meet code and are up to standards to keep everyone safe.
Valerie just celebrated 31 years of service with the City, during her time as a member of Team COSA, Valerie has served in such positions as Electrical Inspector, Plans Examiner II, Sr. Plans Examiner, and Development Services Inspections Supervisor with Development Services.
Khrystal started as a Code Compliance Investigator and held that position for just over a year when she moved to a Code Enforcement Officer position.
In the summer of 2019, Khrystal promoted to a Dangerous Premises Officer, which is the role she holds today.
