Black Maternal Mental Health Week is July 19th through the 25th.
40% of Black women experience maternal mental health symptoms such as feeling sad or hopeless, or having no interest in daily activities. The City of San Antonio Metropolitan Health District wants you to know it’s okay to ask for help.
