This is the follow up to my earlier video on emotions where it was explained that emotions appear at the nexus of what's going on in the outside world, physiology and how our brain operates (our past experiences).

The focus of this video is ways you can change your physiology to enhance your mood, with the main points being:
Cold exposure
Heat Exposure
Reducing Inflammation
