This is an emergency/get home bag/bug out bag that I made up quickly for my wife's vehicle. I did not spend very much money at all with the set up of this bag and it proves that you don't have to either. You can have a nice kit for a cheap price. This will allow her to provide for herself if stuck over night or in a bad situation when weather may be a factor. I do not know the brand of bag this is but it looks like the Maxpedition and is very well built. You can get these same packs for about $40. on ebay if you look around.
