High-tech nightmare? I currently cannot use my new Brother Skitch PP1 Embroidery Machine because it won't connect with the Artspira app. I've tried just about everything and this is an EPIC FAIL. Did I just waste money buying this thing? This is why it's dangerous to make sewing machines & tech that relies on wireless connectivity and/or runs solely on an app.

11/15/23 UPDATE: Brother has just announced a change to the Artspira app!
"Some of the feedback around Artspira was the inability to import your own designs in the FREE version of the app.
We’ve heard from you and are actively updating Artspira to ensure all users can access this feature.
So, starting on November 30th, users of the Free version of Artspira will be allowed to import any design and store up to 20 designs in Artspira (you can add and remove the 20 designs as you wish!).
Artspira+ Subscription Plan users, the Paid version of Artspira, can store and import up to 100 designs. Basically, more storage!"
